5) What recommendations would you make and why?

Limited to 4 pages printed double-spaced, plus exhibits. Need to be concise and coherent.

Exhibits should contain specific types of analyses (application of a framework, table of comparison, cost analysis, competitive features, etc.) and information that supports and is relevant.
