Being in control does not mean you have to be critical in a way that is negative in the workplace. When I hear the word control as it pertains to a company or business, what comes to mind is the success of the company. Control in my thoughts is the ability to steer a team or organization in the right direction. As stated in the initial post, its similar to controlling the path of a boat. When an individual has control over an entity within a company, the path of that team can either go in a positive direction or a negative direction, that depends on the captain or leader of that team and their method or ability to control. Thought?
