In a well-developed paragraph (only about 75 words), explain a product that you are loyal to and why. Discuss whether you are at the point where a comparable product is simply not acceptable. For example, if you are a loyal Pepsi fan, you cannot stand the idea of drinking Coke. This product could be anything from clothes to restaurants. Remember that services are products also. Companies from Fed Ex to Google offer services that you could also be loyal to.

4. Describe the role of mental health nurses in the community.
INSTRUCTIONS:
As stated in the syllabus present your assignment in an APA format word document, Arial 12 font attached to the forum in the discussion tab of the blackboard titled “Week 14 discussion questions†and the SafeAssign exercise in the assignment tab of the blackboard(which is mandatory). A minimum of 3 evidence-based references besides the class textbook no older than 5 years must be used and quoted according to APA guidelines. You must post two replies to any of your peers sustained with the proper references no older than 5 years in two different days to verify attendance and as well make sure the references are properly quoted and mention to whom you are replying to. The reply is a comment to your peer, not an extension of what you posted in your assignment. What I mean is that you can’t post in your replies the same that you posted in your assignment. A minimum of 800 words is required. Please make sure to follow the instructions as given and use either spell-check or Grammarly before you post your assignment. I will also pay close attention to spelling and/or grammar. Please review the rubric attached to the lecture. You must present the assignment according to how it is posted, answering the questions by number and essay-style assignments will not be accepted unless otherwise specified. I’ve been grading a lot of assignments with quite a few spelling/grammar errors. As a BSN student, you should be able to present an assignment according to APA and without errors. This reflects our University.

student 1: “Humans and their expectation of not being taken advantaged of are always getting in the way of intelligence advancements. I mean it is just a little water boarding, what is the big deal… Of course that was sarcasm, but there is the issue of human rights overall that play a big role in the intelligence world. There have been studies that have suggested that torture does not provide accurate information and intelligence. It has been suggested that most people will say what they think you want to hear, just to get torture to stop. One of the issues is also not so much that the CIA engages in torture, but “The CIA and some of the other intelligence agencies have been notorious for encouraging (or otherwise associating with) those committing gross human rights atrocities—i.e. torture, ill-treatment, disappearances, and extrajudicial executions—or similar violations of the laws of war†(Salinas,1997, para 7).

student 2:”As we have learned from our reading this week in Lowenthal and our class lectures, often in the intelligence
community
After the events of 9/11 and the failure of the intel community, several bipartisan and independent commissions were developed to review the condition and actions of the intelligence community. Most of them came to the same conclusion and identified several areas of reform — many of these dealt with the human element of intelligence. Two human aspects were identified as most vital for reform (Rosenbach and Peritz, 2009).
The first was collection and analysis. Several of the committees found there was a critical weakness in the intelligence communities’ human intelligence (HUMINT) collection efforts. The investigations found the need for greater integration of analysis and collection disciplines (Rosenbach and Peritz, 2009).
Secondly, it was in human capital itself. According to the various committees, a number of people working in the intelligence world had become complacent since the Cold War era. The members of the intel community were well-positioned to combat an enemy like the old U.S.S.R.. However, the average intelligence analyst had not evolved- culturally, demographically, or linguistically. This lack of evolution made them ill-equipped to target the diverse modern threats in the post-Cold War era and today’s environment of non-state sponsored terrorist groups (Rosenbach and Peritz, 2009).
The findings from these investigations and the desire from Congress to make reforms in our nation’s intelligence-gathering led to the most drastic change in the intel community since its creation. In September 2004, Congress passed the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA). The IRTPA addressed several of the human aspects identified by the post 9/11 investigations (Rosenbach and Peritz, 2009).
Some of the most prominent aspect to reforms with the human element was to implement a five-year strategic human capital plan that would broaden the intelligence communities talent pool and compensate employees according to their performance. The act also called for a 12-month rotation in other agencies as a prerequisite for promotions to
senior
I recently read an article in the Federal News Magazine that shows fifteen years after the IRTPA was passed, the intelligence community is still facing issues with regards to the human element. The article noted that there are still issues with intel agencies being able to hire recruited employees due to problems with obtaining a security clearance. One disqualifying factor, for obtaining specific clearances, can be financial
debt
I think just the nature of the intelligence community will always be faced with issues regarding the human aspect.

When you decide to purchase a new car, you first decide what is important to you. If mileage and dependability are the important factors, you will search for data focused more on these factors and less on color options and sound systems.
The same holds true when searching for research evidence to guide your clinical inquiry and professional decisions. Developing a formula for an answerable, researchable question that addresses your need will make the search process much more effective. One such formula is the PICO(T) format.
In this Discussion, you will transform a clinical inquiry into a searchable question in PICO(T) format, so you can search the electronic databases more effectively and efficiently. You will share this PICO(T) question and examine strategies you might use to increase the rigor and effectiveness of a database search on your PICO(T) question.
To Prepare:
Post your PICO(T) question, the search terms used, and the names of at least two databases used for your PICO(T) question. Then, describe your search results in terms of the number of articles returned on original research and how this changed as you added search terms using your Boolean operators. Finally, explain strategies you might make to increase the rigor and effectiveness of a database search on your PICO(T) question. Be specific and provide examples.
Respond to at least two of your colleagues on two different days and provide further suggestions on how their database search might be improved.

/in /by LizSo far in this course, we have explored wellness through the lenses of history, the humanities, and the natural and applied sciences. In this module, you will wrap up your draft of Final Project Part One with Milestone Four, and the social sciences lens is the last piece of the puzzle. Look back over the topics you chose to discuss in previous discussions, select one, and reexamine it now through the social sciences lens. In your initial post, address the following:
- Describe or summarize your previous topic.
- How has your understanding been affected by the social sciences lens?
- How does the social sciences lens support the lens you previously used?
In responding to your peers, provide feedback on their topic analysis and describe the value of the social sciences lens for understanding wellness.
Make sure you support your response with the readings from this module, and any additional resources if needed.
To complete this assignment, review the Discussion Rubric document.
PRIOR TOPIC:
Wellness comprises eight dimensions that, when integrated, they allow you to grow into the best of person that your fortune/abilities will allow. Being a person who feels positive and enthusiastic about life, values the emotions of others its superlative for me to talk about Emotional Dimension (Strout, Howard).
- Improvements.
- Knowing and being comfortable using the healthy coping strategies you’ve come to build.
- Being aware of when you need your space, or when something is out of your scope of competence to deal with and seek a professional
- Learning to identify your feelings and those of others (Emotional intelligence).
- Challenges.
- unhealthy coping skills (smoking, drinking, recreational drugs, isolation, self-harm
- Not being able to regulate your emotions is one that is a challenge, as well as access to professional help
- Not taking the time to do self-care (Strout, Howard)
Long before I used to get the definition of wellness wrong, as being physical health, never indulging there were other aspects when integrated, they may transform someone into being happy and healthy. I think getting enough cash was the great thing that has ever happened to me. This sounds unwise; however, when you have hefty bills to cater for, they may weigh a lot on you and thus may impact your overall value of life as well.
This is the article that I have chosen: https://positivepsychology.com/self-awareness-matters-how-you-can-be-more-self-aware/. It talks about self-awareness/ Emotional intelligence. I know these guys whom we go to the gym with, they look physically fit because they are taking care of the working out and maybe because of proper eating. But how am I going to know whether they are healthy? Because they might be battling something from inside that, I am not aware of. This has made me believe that no one is definite of more status/prestige than the other. Wellness has helped me understand that the moment you start giving care to things that seem to be significant, then you will discover more happiness.

In my previous discussion I spoke of how Yoga. Yoga helps to heal the mind, body and soul. Yoga dates to old India rituals, it helps promote healing of the mind, physical and spiritual disciplines. Yogic practices can include movement of the mindful body, meditation, deep thought, breathing, and withdrawal of the external stimuli. To help promote healing, mindfulness and peace. With understanding how Yoga works through the social sciences specifically the psychology aspect Yoga helps calms an individual’s stress response system, according to a Harvard research study (Khoshaba, 2013). Thus, it provides a person an alternative method to calm the stress response system more naturally instead of opting the use of medications, which can be harmful to the person.
Additionally, yoga helps prevent mental health conditions, specifically PTSD. Which is the main element of what I discuss in my final project. Yoga supports my topic in discussing the benefits of using Yoga when one suffers from PTSD. Although PTSD is typically seen in combat veterans or people who suffer a traumatic experience, it also prevalent in first responders. Such as police officers, paramedics, firefighters, doctors, nurses and correctional officers.
Hatha Yoga has been shown to be effective in reducing PTSD symptoms, according to the American Psychological Association (Khoshaba, 2013), especially in cases where contemporary psychological and pharmacological intervention have failed. As such, Yoga could be a great alternative way of healing to the perils of traumatic experiences.

Mediation
was a topic I chose in a previous discussion. It was traditionally used
in a religious sense that sought the “spiritual, mystical, and sacred
aspects of life†(Loustaunau, 2019). However, today one does not have to
be spiritual to receive the benefits of meditation. Reducing stress and
stress-related diseases and conditions is the most common motive to
meditate. My understanding has been affected by the social science lens
through understanding that social connections and mindfulness practices
are essential in an individual’s life to promote wellness. Anxiety and
depression can overwhelm a person and meditation can help them gain
insight to their experiences (Khong & Mruk, 2009). The social
science lens supports the history lens I used earlier by incorporating a
humanistic approach to history by integrating human behavior and social
necessities.
