In your paper,
- Evaluate one theory from each of the three “schools/perspectives” of criminological theory (biological, classical, and sociological) to discuss in your paper:
- Assess the role (briefly) of the three theories (one from each school/perspective) you chose in explaining the causes of criminal behavior.
- Analyze only one of the three theories (biological, classical, or sociological).
- Evaluate the relationship between your chosen theory and criminal behavior.
- Establish a link between your chosen theory and a current criminal case. The case you find must be from the last three years.
- Use examples from the textbook and the criminal case you chose to support your assertions.
