general motors warehouse management issues

I am currently working on a group project about General Motors and need help finding current issues and problems with General Motors warehouse management. Along with the challenges/issues that General Motors faces with its warehouse managing I will need a couple of suggestions or recommendations on how to fix each of these issues.

My expectations:

-3 or more warehouse management issues/challenges

-Solution or recommendation for each warehouse management issue/challenge

-Plenty of information with regards to General Motors warehouse managment

The project is for a supply chain logistics class. I am going to be using this information for a part of my presentation in class.
