Feedback of part1: Initial part 1 turned in late. Needs memo. Need citations when bringing up not commonly known information. This misses the mark in terms of what was asked of you in the project description. This part of the paper serves the purpose to understand the trends affecting the market at a macro level and industry level. You should discuss topics and issues that impact all players, not just specific to Balenciaga. Frequent grammatical errors/casual language. Because this section is supposed to be at the macro level, there shouldn’t be a large analysis on the brand as a whole. This is missing industry sales, forecasts, subsector trends. Failed to highlight specific terms we talk about in class.

Feedback of part2: Missing memo. This report should be on Balenciaga footwear, not clothes as well. Follow sizing & formatting guidelines. Remember to bold key terms we discussed in class. I need to see some charts created from your Simmons data! I think this Part 2 could be much stronger with figures to support your data. Also need to cite Simmons! This part also needs to be organized by section to show some clear business writing organization. Positioning is unclear. Need to discuss the brand strategies and elements of the brand used to position the brand.
