The general outline for the concert review:

(1) Demonstrate that you know SOMETHING ACADEMIC about music. NOT how it makes you feel or what you think of it… what is the music doing (texture, instruments, dynamics, pitch, harmony, etc).

(2) 1-2 pages – only write as much as is required to show your skill. Extra words do NOT equal better work.
