In this Unit, we examine the various stakeholders involved in quality and its management, and how to engage with them to achieve the maximum results. We take a look at customers and how to gather customer needs and expectations; we examine partnerships with suppliers and other stakeholders, and the important of individuals in quality management. Consider the four health plans below with an eye to choosing one to offer to the company’s employees. Assume that the health plans and their annual per employee premiums are as follows:
