Please use APA formatting, including title page and reference page. This Assignment should be between 3-5 pages, excluding title page and reference page. There should be a minimum of three current (within the last 5 years) peer-reviewed references including the authors of the guideline.
Make sure to address the following in your paper:
Briefly explain your search strategy. For example, how did you find the correct guideline?
Who developed the guideline?
Is this a revision of a previous guideline or an original? What is the date of publication?
Explain the concept of “systematic review of current best evidence.â€
How was conflict of interest managed in the development of these guidelines?
How is quality of evidence defined?
Explain differences among strong recommendation, recommendation, and option
What are “key Action statements?â€
For this particular child, what are the specific treatment recommendations including any diagnostics, medications (include exact dosage, frequency, length of treatment), follow-up, referral, prevention, and pain control.
Case:
A 5-year-old male is brought to the primary care clinic by his mother with a chief complaint of bilateral ear pain for the last three days. The mother states that the child has been crying frequently due to the pain. Ibuprofen has provided minimal relief. This morning, the child refused breakfast and appeared to be “getting worse.â€
Vital signs at the clinic reveal HR 110 bpm, 28 respiratory rate, and tympanic temperature of 103.2 degrees F. The mother reports no known allergies. The child has not been on antibiotics for the last year. The child does not have history of OM. The child is otherwise healthy without any other known health problems.
After your questioning and examination, you diagnose this child with bilateral Acute Otitis Media.
Helpful tip: It is recommended that you keep all of your course work in a virtual (or physical, or both) portfolio for easy access in clinicals as well as future pediatric encounters.

For this paper you will search, read, analyze and write about articles from reputable mainstream news sources about various political, environmental, economic or cultural topics in at least six of the eleven major regions we explored in this course. Note these important guidelines:
A total of six articles should be considered for this paper, each one dealing with one of the major regions.
The articles selected should have been published no more than a month before the course began. Ideally, you should identify interconnections between events, as well as highlight some of the regional characteristics you read about from the course content that can be hinted from the articles.
Final paper should be submitted in PDF format.
It should contain about 1500 – 2000 words, excluding references.
Articles must be referenced and cited using either MLA or APA format (consult the library website in case you need more info). Remember that a URL alone is not a proper citation. You must use in-text citations (for direct quotes and paraphrasing) AND a works cited page.
Use appropriate articles. As mentioned in the syllabus, the articles should be from a reputable mainstream news source, such as The New York Times, the BBC, CNN, Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, etc.
What to write?
The paper should analyze the six articles integratively.
As far as the structure of the paper, I would suggest, in about 1000 words, do a brief overview/synthesis of each article, and then, in the remaining 1000 words, do an integrated analysis of all six pieces. Consider the following when doing the analysis:
– Show how each article relates to one or more of the themes we have touched on in this course and to the other articles chosen.
– Identify spatial interrelationships. Highlight how those events occurring in a particular place and time might be influencing other spaces/regions/landscapes/peoples, not necessarily from the other articles but in general. How is one event occurring in one place affecting other places? This is a good exercise to learn to identify the interconnections between locales.
– Demonstrate how the information we learned through the course material helps to expand what we get out of the articles – does that information help put the articles in a wider context? Does the course material lead you to question some of the statements or assumptions in the articles or to see them in a more organized way?
– Explain how the articles add to what we learned in this course– does it add detail? Does it show how generalizations about the whole region may or may not apply to specific places within it?
Because you will be working in pairs, the narrative in the paper should be smoothly integrated and not seem like just three or four parts put together without a logical connection or flow. Working in pairs does not mean working independently and then putting it all together. There needs to be coordination and careful planning and revision for this paper among both members of the group.

I’m working on a dissertation and is stuck on a topic. I need a PhD topic ASAP.
I think more of a correlations study that focus on the success of students that graduate from HBCU.Mainly focused on those that come from low poverty areas.
My instructor feedback was†What are you thinking about for variables? What will you correlate?“
please send me a well thought out topic that exemplifies something on a PhD level. The topic has to be something that hadn’t been proven already and lots of literature on.
