discuss a new testament bible passage in accordance to a selected theme

The final paper will take one New Testament passage (no less than 10 verses) and put it in conversation with one particular theme. You may choose your theme from one of these topics: the nature of Jesus Christ, the importance of the resurrection, race and ethnicity, the shape and content of justice, or the function of the church in the world. Final papers should (1) interpret the passage based on the literary and historical contexts, (2) argue a thesis based on the interpretation of the selected passages, and (3) make direct mention or connection to an OT passage or NT outside of the selected genre in which you are studying. This thesis should be underlined, indicating for the reader the thesis which is being argued. Each final paper should be 6 full pages, double spaced, Times New Roman or Helvetica, 12pt font. Style should be in either MLA or APA. It is required that you consult at least 3 academic commentaries, sources, or articles for the research and writing of this final paper.

how the french culture and chinese culture effect on l oreal organization design and management practice 1

This assignment involves selecting one country outside the U.S. that is of particular interest and relevance to you. (I chose French L’Oréal) The assignment is to write an 8-10 page paper that summarizes the culture of the country and how the culture influences the elements of organization design (organization structure, job design, scanning practices, human resource systems, etc.) and management practices. One option for this assignment is to select a multi-national company that has operations in a particular country as the focus of your analysis. As with the other selected individual assignments, you will want to integrate your findings with the concepts and principles.

The documents I upload are our class materials. You should base on these materials to analysis the L’Oréal’s organization design and management practice in France and one country outside the U.S.

Here are some suggestions for this paper. My choice is L’Oréal. And L’Oréal is a French company. You could focus on French culture, government and value how to influence the operation of L’Oréal organization(organization structure, job design, human resources, scanning practice). And one country outside the U.S (For example: China)’s culture, government and value how to influence the operation of L’Oréal organization(organization structure, job design, human resources, scanning practice). Then you even could compare the difference between these. I hope these information are helpful. Thanks!
