I am writing a paper to consult and provide a plan on how to improve healthcare infrastructure for an imaginary country – ABC. ABC is a nation of 100 million people with an annual GDP of 1 trillion dollars reported in 2019. The annual healthcare expense for this nation is 3% of its GDP.

The political environment is similar to the U.S. Although there are 6 political parties, there are 2 main parties; a liberal party and a conservative party that control the congress. President BBB is an independent and a reformer who has wowed to work for the people rather than to promote any political party’s agenda.

The current TWO healthcare ISSUES with ABC is as follows:

  • Approximately 2 million people are undocumented workers who do not have any insurance, and they frequently access emergency services which is high cost to the hospitals.
  • Approximately 500000 people are migrant farm workers from other countries or refugees and they are all uninsured.

Please include the following in the proposal:

  • Healthcare coverage for all
  • Improved quality of care with full accountability for clinical, financial, process and social outcomes.
  • National Healthcare Quality Model
  • Value based care
  • Improved access
  • Lower cost (affordability)
  • Improved patient satisfaction
  • Improved provider satisfaction
  • Implementation of a population health model that clearly outlines the determinants of health that need to be addressed through upstream, midstream and downstream interventions and measures to see if the interventions are effective.

online shopping experience of riyadians during corona pandemics

In the current scenario of coronavirus spread and curfew by the government of KSA to ensure the safety of Riyadians, one of the major issues that people in Riyadh are facing traveling to supermarkets to buy groceries. The trend of online grocery has increased during this time but Riyadians are facing lots of issues for example delays in the delivery, missing products, and others.

  1. Create online surveys (Using Survey Monkey or Google Forms) and collect information from people in Riyadh about their current experience of online grocery shopping.
  2. Write a detailed finding based on the data collected
  3. Identify which online grocery retailers are doing good and which are not doing good and why?
  4. Suggest effective marketing distribution strategies for the companies not doing good

Examples of applications that deliver Jahez (delivery for panda but the problem is that they offer baskets of specific products you can’t buy what you want individually) other application is wassel (they deliver alothaim and lulu hypermarket you can choose the products individually but you only can order from alothaim between 3-11 and lulu hypermarket from 2-11:30) other application is Hungerstation (they deliver for Panda not baskets like jahez, you can choose products individually but they have limited products only the essentials). Other example is Khodar and more app (they send someone to the supermarket to collect your order and deliver it for you but the problem is that they take the payment from the initial order bill, when the driver go to the supermarket and didn’t find specific things you ordered, he cancel it from the bill and when he deliver the order to your home he gives you CASH which must be prevented in corona situation and also he does not contact you to ask you if you want alternative). other example is Nana which i prefer and recommend (they deliver for Tamimi, panda and carrefour. they don’t deliver on the same day they give you a date depending on availability maybe tomorrow or after tomorrow or a week. but what make them unique is that they send a person to the supermarket to collect your order and if there is anything sold out he contact you and ask you if you want to cancel it or put any alternatives, and if you want to add something you missed or remove something you can. and after he finishes he issue the bill and take the payment from your card.

All the supermarkets have applications but not all deliver to your home. Tamimi they have a service where they prepare your basket depending on your order and then you have to come to the supermarket and take your groceries or send someone to take it they don’t deliver only prepare. Panda application they deliver to your home but you can’t order what you want individually they offer several baskets each basket contains different products. Carrefour also deliver. Alothaim and Danube application i didn’t used them search about them.

Also there are applications like Mrasool and Shgardi they don’t have specific supermarkets you hire a driver and tell him to go anywhere you want whether a restaurant a supermarket…. I prefer them because you send a driver on the same time you ordered him. he go directly to the supermarket you don’t have to wait for delivery time. he contact you directly on your phone and you give him the orders if there are anything sold out he tell you. And they take the payment via credit card not cash.

In Riyadh you have to use these apps because of the quarantine, people can’t go out if they go out they pay 10000SAR financial penalty only the drivers of these apps can go out because they have declaration.
