The internet and technology in general has changed the world over the last few decades. The internet is such a strong tool and especially for small businesses. Root is saying we can now sell and buy internationally because of the internet and e-commerce. Another advantage that we now have is we can shop online any time of the day. With a few simple clicks they can gain access to a variety of goods 24 hours a day, seven days a week” (Christopher, 2011). This ability to send and receive products has revolutionized the systems development process in a very positive way.
