Consider this situation. You are the Public Relations Director for a large corporation that is frequently referenced in the national news. Public relations is extremely important for your business, and as such, you are always looking for the best ways to communicate with the public.
Your supervisor has asked you to research the effectiveness of using blogs and/or Twitter as a means of communication with the public, as well as your recommendation as to whether your corporation should continue to use press releases as your primary means of disseminating company information (as you always have), or to use blogs and/or twitter for this purpose.
