This essay must show the differences and similarities between the articles. Outside references can be used, if needed, along with the book attached. Briefly describe and analyse each article, and then compare the articles to each other. You can compare the methodology, the importance of the study, even the results. The whole point of the essay is to compare and contrast the articles.
