A letter from potential home buyers to a seller

Hello,

My wife and i are writing a letter with our final offer to buy a house. The seller has not yet accepted our offer and is considering another along with ours. My intent is to deliver a heart-felt genuine letter to the seller that may increase our chances of be accepted. Topics to touch on in the letter:

1) I am an honorably discharged/disabled veteran from the Unites States Air Force.

2) My wife and I are 1st time home buyers.

3) We are pregnant.

4) Looking forward to starting a family in this home and the neighborhood (expand on the high quality of neighborhood and surrounding schools).
