For this project, I would like you to select five materials to specify for a project. This can be an existing project (image from a publication) or one of your own projects that you have done for another class. The products you select should be materials that you can refer to in your image or plan. These products should have human health benefits, improved environmental impacts, or both. For the products and materials you select:

  • Why did you select them?
  • What are their positive impacts?
  • What are negative aspects of other similar products that might be used?
  • Do the products offer material transparency or have any sort of certifications?
  • Are there other benefits related to waste, renewable, or biobased materials?

Assignment format: 5 + 5

  • Approximately 5 images
  • Approximately 5 short paragraphs
    • Combine writing and images in a visually compelling way. The images should help support whatever it is you are writing about
    • Images can be photographs, drawings, sketches, illustrations, renderings, diagrams, any sort of visual component to aid your story.
    • Save and submit as a reduced file size PDF.

Please select one consistent method of citing your sources (APA, MLA, Chicago).

Assignments that consist solely of text directly copied and pasted from other sources without citation will receive a zero. Plagiarism is a violation of university policy.
