piecewise function problem

This is a piecewise function….I’m not understanding my notes in class…can someone explain how to solve this please?

f(x)= 1/4x+2               if         x < -2

          -(x-1)^2+1          if     -2≤x≤2

         2                        if       x>2

solve for f(-1) f(2) f(4)
