Behavior Change Report

Students will select an exercise health behavior to “change” in others or themselves. Each student will write a 3 to 5 page “report” including 1) the description of the behavior they selected to change, 2) chosen strategy or strategies they opted to implement to facilitate the change and the rationale behind their choice, 3) critical evaluation of their effort, and applied implications for future career (Occupational Therapy). Below is the rubric for the paper and I need everything done in the distinguished category for a good grade. I also need at least 3 cited references.
