The Behavior Analyst as Teacher or Supervisor and The Workplace

I have to answer 2 questions separately, each question needs to be at least 350 words.

Question #1

Using this class as a guide, discuss the course requirements and evaluate whether or not these requirements were effectively communicated to you at the beginning of the class. Any suggestions for improvements? If you were to re-design this class, what might you add/change to be more in line with the BACB guidelines? Finally, how would you go about evaluating a student/supervisee’s actual performance when working with clients, and how would you provide feedback in a manner that is best in terms of behavioral principles? Any ethical or legal concerns here?

Question #2

In Chapter 19 of your text, you will see 12 tips for success on your first job. Select one of these, and provide an example where one of these issues could be a concern. Provide a discussion on how you would resolve the issue within BACB guidelines. Be sure to add an original and unique example in your answer and address any legal or sociocultural issues that also may apply.
