Assignment Directions
- Using your informative speech topic, access the SFCC library website and the internet to find 3 sources you can use for your speech (they need to be at least 2 different types – i.e. not all websites or not all newspaper articles).
- In the textbox below or a word processing document, type the sources in the proper APA bibliography style format. For assistance, use the following bibliography website links listed above.
- After listing the source, assess the value of each article/book for your speech. In a PARAGRAPH (1 per source),discuss how useful the source will be? Why? and What specifically will you use from the source? (list the actual quote, statistic, graph, etc. that you might use in your speech)
- Remember to pay attention to details like: hanging indent, double-spacing, capitalization and italics rules. Also, spell check and proofread your assignment.
