business planThe assignment is a final project of making a business plan for the company you make yourself. My company is a restaurant which focuses on healthy products. The menu isn’t that important but it would be like Burgers, Wraps, Salads etc.

The part i need done for the assignment itself is the HRM part. I have attached the information and slides from the class of what has been taught regarding HRM for this course.

Human Resources/Management Plan – should cover staffing and s s needs identification (i.e. number of management and employees), organizational structure (an organization chart would be great), job descriptions (put brief job descriptions in the appendices), detailed personnel policies with respect to recruitment, training, compensation ** cost **uld to train the employee with monthly wages, etceteras…
