A case review will be posted and students are expected to write a comprehensive review of the case where they are discussing both the areas of legal concern and explaining in their own words why the case was remanded to another court as well as providing a detailed review of how they personally see the ethical dilemmas brought forward in the case. It is acceptable to go against the judge’s ruling as in this review you are being viewed as the judge. Make sound reasoning for your decision. This review should be a minimum of 3 pages of body. If you reference any court cases in your review a citation will need to be made. Use APA style for your paper.
