Leadership should not only be recognizing but rewarding the team is important as well. Showing exemplary behavior by inspiring and motivating the team, as well as supporting others beyond the team. Moving the organization in the direction that it wants to be in the future involves Managing the transitions. Proper planning should be conducted this is important because this is a major role for leaders. Without proper planning it will be hard to implement change, during transitions specific events regarding of how much money and energy you put in to it. Organization needs to have a proper planning to implement the change in order to be success.The change manager we need to think in this manner and design the project using these phases. However, employees and those having to experience/implement the change will not see this as helpful.
