Compare and Contrast Ethical Perspectives

Compare and Contrast Ethical Perspectives Presentation 15 SLIDES INCLUDING CASE ANSWERS. WITH REFERECES APA STYLE PLEASE, FIND ATTACHMET FOR CASE

Virtue:

Focus on the importance of having a good character. Therefore, if you are an admirable person, ‘right’ actions follow.

Utilitarian:

Focus on consequence of action. It is ‘right’ to choose the common good over individual preference.

Compare and Contrast Ethical Perspectives Presentation:

choose TWO ethical perspectives to compare and contrast.

You will create a visual AND ( Just add notes please) audio presentation (PowerPoint, or Google slides.) Your presentation should be about 10-15 minutes long (approximately 15-20 slides, a minimum of 12slides, and no more than 24 slides.) including the answers to the case

slides should include your main points, but your verbal presentation should elaborate on these points and articulately and effectively provide the reader a clear understanding of the following facets of the chosen frameworks/theories/perspectives:

You will:

  • Provide an overview of two ethical perspectives
  • Overarching theoretical frameworks
  • Prominent figures of theory (e.g. the ‘who’ of the theory)
  • Theoretical strengths
  • Theoretical weaknesses
  • After you have researched and discussed the topics identified above in your presentation, I would like you to read the vaccine case listed on the weekly learning modules page and answer the prompts related to Allison’s Vaccine Dilemma at the end of your presentation, using your compare and contrast skills:

See below

  • Case based contrast of the ethical approaches
    • Use the ethical frameworks you’ve researched and presented to evaluate the following case and to answer the question prompts. How do the theories compare and contrast on how these questions should be answered? For example, how would a utilitarian view this case when compared to someone who values virtue?
    • You just need a brief description to compare/contrast the 3 vaccine questions at the end of the case in your presentation.
    • Please be sure to include a properly cited reference slide at the end of the presentation.
