Compare and Contrast Two Early Childhood Progressive Approaches
Question:
There are three progressive approaches to Early Childhood education originating in Europe that have been in practice for almost a century. These three approaches to Early Childhood Education are the Waldorf, Reggio Emilia and Montessori Approach. There are also other approaches such as the Project Approach and High Scope which are used in schools today. Compare and contrast two of these major early childhood teaching approaches explaining the major similarities and differences. Cite various references and resources, including lesson readings and/or viewings to support your discussion
