Portfolio Project Proposal
This week, you are tasked to write a Formal Project Proposal for your portfolio (think gatekeeper readers). Using your mock business or organization, write a formal proposal explaining how your product or service could be provided in a more efficient and effective way. Your proposal should be directed toward gatekeeper readers. (BELOW YOU WILL FIND MY MOCK BUSINESS IDEA)
Organize your proposal following the steps laid out in our textbook. You are free to choose the layout for your proposal, but make sure you are keeping your readers’ needs, values, and attitudes central in your design.
Your proposal should be 500-750 words in length.
MOCK BUSINESS:
The application developed by my organization is myExamtrack. The application myExamtrack is available on a wide variety of platforms to enable the students prepare well for the exams wherever they are. The app allows students to keep track of their exam schedule as well as the homework. The students can achieve this by setting reminders for the upcoming exams and quizzes plus sync the app across all the platforms a student can access. There is free version which operates with some advertisement and a premium version which goes for $3.59 has more functionality and eliminates all forms adverts. The myExamtrack premium version also lets you upload files and changes the themes to suit your style.
How to myExamTrack
- Download the app from our website or Google playstore for android devices or apple store for iOS devices .
- Install the devices and restart your device
- Launch the device and register or login to the student’s account via the facebook or Google+
- The student can then subscribe to the calendar through the url provided to the student.
- The student can the add the upcoming exam schedule while taking into account the date of the event
- Set the reminder for all the events and update the new settings
