You will conduct a needs assessment and action plan. Using resources from both texts and your own research:

  1. Conduct a needs assessment at your school or a school with which you are familiar
  2. Describe the results of your assessment
  3. Create an action plan to address shortcomings that have become apparent through this process. Be sure to address the role of leadership, stakeholders, and community in your plan. Your plan should be clear, actionable, and based on research.
  4. Include the instruments and tools you would use to complete your action plan

Length: 5 pages excluding the cover and reference pages. Include 5 scholarly resources.

Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
