I have a construction management project. I have been assigned to do two parts. first parts is contracting ( contract type,

phases of contract, contract document, incentives , liquidated damages , special aspects(general, special provisions, changes, arbitration) I need one page and half on this and the second part is project particulars 🙁 scope, owner and owner involvement, financial consideration ( financing , cashflow forecast) in this I need two pages and have so total is 4 pages, and small paragraph under section 9 (productivity and motivation program) ABOUT HAVE PAGE.

first part:

for the contract choose lump sum contract, write its all phases it has , what the document that contract contain , design for me incentive program for all companies involved in project with details and explanation, for example like for subcontractor and any other party can be inside working, tell me what incentives can be done towards them and towards other participants (bonus, saving,sharing),

add subsection for dispute avoidance , call change orders and describe roles for them

second part: scope: explain the scope for the project. owner and owner involvement , and financial consideration ( how are we going to finance the project and the cashflow forecast.
