While cultural differences are abound across cultures, there are some common human values and principles shared by managers across the globe.

GLOBE study results suggest that ethical global leaders share certain common characteristics, such as integrity and altruism. Do you agree with the assertion? Why or why not? Is there a difference in the way integrity and morality are perceived and practiced by people from different national cultures?
