Primary Task Response: Within the Discussion Board area, write 400–600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions by your classmates. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.

As a team, students should discuss and determine the corrections to the variables for the simulation. There must be evidence of a discussion among group members.

  • Task 1 (50 points)
    • Team members must evaluate the performance of their company within the simulation using financial and environmental data. Team members must use financial ratios to determine performance and the necessary corrections. This page explains financial ratios.
    • The team members must collaborate to agree on what decisions were not effective and how to correct them for the next two rounds.
  • Task 2 (20 points)
    • Each team must make business decisions and enter information as dictated by the simulation directions. The teams will review and discuss the results of business performance.
    • Upon the completion of simulation rounds (GloBus scored rounds 10 and 11), the team members must agree on the scores for the Group Process Assessment. Click here to open the Group Process Assessment form.

Responses to Other Students: There must be evidence that the group members were included in the discussions for all group-based tasks, with each member making a substantive contribution.
