Consider the creation and managing teams. What basic theory and principles underlie the two functions of team creation and management? Be specific and concise.

Individual behaviors are important to workplace performance (productivity & effectiveness) and job satisfaction. How are the behaviors and performance correlated? And, how does this relate to motivating employees? Be detailed.

Academic literature is robust with studies of effective leadership and what makes a person such a leader. Write a description of the effective leader and the necessary attributes.
