  • Evaluate the degree and quality of care established within the 18th Century U.S. hospitals, as compared to the level of care seen in today’s hospitals [Chapter 1, Pages 2-18]. Analyze the basic sources of law: common law, statutory law, and administrative law and identify which one is most prevalent in health care. Provide support for your rationale.
