Your PICOS question is “Do students who experienced sexual abuse as a child respond better to group therapy than to individual psychological counseling as evidenced by performance on a “Treatment Progress Indicator” tool (Tuso, 2014)?”  You are selecting a sample from a population of college students who have experienced sexual abuse as a child for the study.  What would be the most appropriate sampling method to ensure adequate representation?  How would you solicit these students?  How would you identify them?  What potential problems can you identify with self-enrollment in such a study? How would you establish inclusion criteria?  Exclusion criteria?
