Divorce outline

During Week 4, you need to submit an outline for your midterm paper. Please follow the format below. An outline does not contain paragraphs. It contains bullet points that highlight the topics you will address in your essay.

Click on the above link and select the “Outline” tab. Remember to follow this format:

I. Introduction (Paragraph 1)

A. Introduction to Topic

B. Thesis Statement (Last sentence of your introduction)

II. Body (Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4)

A. Point 1 – Usually a pro

B. Point 2 – Usually another pro

C. Point 3 – Usually a con, but overcome it

III. Conclusion (Paragraph 5)

A. Restate your Thesis Statement – (First sentence of the fifth paragraph)

B. Wrap up your essay

Make sure you complete a spell check and an edit for grammar before you submit your work.
