For this assignment, you will reflect on a patient you have provided care for. Reminder to always respect patient confidentiality, and refer to patients as: John or Jane Doe. This is a person who was memorable to you. Please with as much clarity as possible describe the patient’s situation from a holistic standpoint. Then offer your hypothesis as to where this patient should be placed on Dunn’s health grid.

Rationale: It is important for us to frame our patients with the lens of wellness and be aware of what strengths they possess. Plotting patients on Dunn’s Health Model serves to show that people lacking optimal physical health can actually be in a state of holism and health.
