All the requirements will be in one PDF file, there will be two Sample Projects, which must meet the requirements.

(1) Pick ONLY ONE of the following three indicators to forecast:

GDP growth rate

Unemployment rate

Inflation rate

(2) Collect relevant data from FRED Economic Data website: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/

  • Make sure you need at least 35 observations for each variable!
  • Use all seasonally adjusted data if possible.
