Annotated Bibliography Assignment
TOPIC: What causes personal relationships to succeed or fail ?
The annotated bibliography assignment allows you to collect sources relevant to your topic, summarize the key points, and consider whether or not your argument will benefit from the source.
Your sources must come from scholarly databases that can be found via the LSC-UP library. You may not use Wikipedia or other websites in your bibliography.
Requirements:
- MLA style formatting, typed
- Must have full citation for each source
- List must be alphabetized
- Minimum 5 sources, Maximum 7
- At least a paragraph (7-10 sentences) length summarization for each source
- A few sentences after the summarization about how this particular source will help you/ be used in the paper
Do not plagiarize—if you include quotations from the article, then you must attribute the quote to the author and use quotation marks.
