Consider yourself as an HR professional in the industry and region you hope to be employed. What are four environmental risks to be aware of for the particular business and locale? What is the ethical perspective regarding these risks? What is the legal perspective?

HINT: Pretend that you have reached your ultimate goal by pretending you are now working for the company/industry of your dreams and you are working as an HR professional for that company. As a HR professional you are now responsible for identifying all environmental risks that need to be addressed. Once you have done this, please break those risks down and discuss what the ethical perspectives are and then what the legal perspectives are related to each environmental risk that you identified.
