I wanted this to be the main focus of my paper:I work in the recovery room as an RN, but my love is Cardiology, we have a high population of patients with heart disease who die of heart attacks every year. It was found that there was a significant percentage of people who could not afford preventive care. My facility vision is “quality care close to home”. Therefore, I would set up outreach clinics close to home. Therefore, the strategy I would use would be to set up outreach clinics for the people who cannot afford preventive screening for various reasons. The strategic plan would consist of following: cost, statistical review, who, where, what and when this project will be initiated and how it can be beneficial when comparing to nearby hospitals. There should be a follow-up to see how profitable the plan is
