“Stock Valuation and Risk

News reports recently stated that in the not to distant past individuals in
China were borrowing funds and then using those funds to invest in their stock
market.  Then the stock market fell leaving those investors with reduced values
in their investments.  Is this a sound approach for any investor to take
concerning their investment strategy and could investors in the U.S. use this
same approach?

“Financial Futures Markets”  Would the use of
futures be appropriate for all investors?  For example, would the use of futures
options be appropriate for an individual that was at or into retirement?
