My employer offers training classes for Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Various workshops as well as leadership development and tuition reimbursement are offered for employees seeking to advance their career within the organization. Employee development not only increases the skills and knowledge of employees but improves the production and quality of work from the employees.
