  • Things to cover:
    • Use forecasted financial statements to value stock; Use different methods (dividend, free cash flow, and earnings) covered in Lecture 6 and see whether your results converge
    • In the presentation slides, you do not need to cover the entire financial statements; some key figures would suffice.
    • Another stock price forecast when taking into account the virus outbreak.
      • Note that you should breakdown the channels of the impact. For example, how does the outbreak or quarantine affect the firm’s customers, suppliers, logistics, financiers, or investors?
      • Aggregate the impact and remake the forecasted financial statements and estimated stock prices.
      • You must make an assumption regarding the length of the period efore the firm’s business comes back to the normal level.
