I need help with the following question.

Weiss Corporation issued $600,000 of 10%, 20-year bonds at 106 on January 1, 2012. Interest is payable semiannually on June 30 and December 31. Compute present value of principal. Compute present value of semiannual interest payments. Compute issue price of bond. I was trying to compute myself, but I could not find a present value of 106% in Compound Interest Table. There is only numbers given up to 12%. Please show your calculations.
