- Recognize the nature of service.
- Distinguish the roles and positions in the dining room.
Assignment
You are the Dining Room Manager (DRM) for a startup restaurant that will provide full service to guests. As the DRM, you need to create a list of employees needed to provide quality service to the customers.
- Describe briefly style of your restaurant and style of service.
- Identify the positions in the Front of House that you will need to provide quality service.
- Identify each positions’ primary job function.
- Create an organizational chart for the reporting relationships of the dining room service staff.
