In Hinduism we find vivid images of divine reality. For this assignment as we consider the Hindu concepts of the divine, you will be asked to use your imagination. Imagine leaving class one day and you encounter “the divine.” Describe the experience from the first person perspective. Write about this encounter as if you are describing it to a friend. For credit, this must be written from a first person perspective. This need not be a Hindu perspective. You can make use of any perspective you choose. If you want to use a Christian perspective, fine. A Buddhist perspective, okay. It can be from any perspective as well; believing or skeptical. You are making up a story, you can believe in your perspective or not.
