I was rear-ended last week by a semi truck on very icy roads….the driver claimed I had lost control of my vehicle and was spinning when he hit me. (no witnesses) I know I wasn’t spinning until impact. What are the odds or probability that he would hit me pretty much square on my rear end if I had been spinning?
