Identify a company whose control practices you wish to study. Provide (1) a brief qualitative description of the company and the industry in which it operates, and (2) a financial picture of the organization. For public companies, it can be year-end reports, for private companies this might be more difficult — but any form of assessment of the financial position of the company will be useful.
