intro to microsoft office do you know how to use microsoft excel

I have an assignment due using Microsoft Excel. I really need someone that is good with Microsoft Excel that can multiply and add using the cells format. Below I am attaching a spread sheet on how the it should look on excel and I am also attaching a page of instruction and the information detailed on what should be input in the cells. Thank you
