- What are the main virtues being celebrated in pre-Islamic poems?
- what were the shunned/bad qualities that were being denounced?

be accurate in its statement of facts, display an understanding of the
subject matter, and demonstrate an active engagement with the

Your paper needs to answer the two
questions: What are the main virtues (things that if people
have that quality then they are praised) being celebrated in
pre-Islamic poems? And what were the shunned/bad
qualities (if people have or show these qualities they are
rebuked, ‘put down’) that were being denounced?
