I have not had much interaction with human resource professionals. The experience I have had has been both positive and negative. The positive experience I’ve had with an human resource professional was when they were investigating an issue within the department I worked for. They were very professional and you could tell they cared and wanted what was best for the department. They did a thorough investigation. A negative experience I have had with a human resource professional is during an interview I was conducting. The rep was sitting in the corner smacking on her gum while texting on her phone during the whole interview.
